Office of International Affairs and International Education Center
The International Education Center at Gimcheon University offers a specialized Korean language program for international students. Even students with no prior knowledge of Korean can follow a step-by-step curriculum, starting from the basics and progressing to preparation for the TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean). In particular, students enrolled in the language institute participate in an intensive Korean course designed to help them achieve TOPIK Level 3 or higher within one year. Upon completion, they may transfer to or enter various degree programs at Gimcheon University according to their interests and aptitudes. Additionally, the university provides free Korean language workshops for all enrolled students, including international students, to actively support their language adaptation in both academic and daily life.

Department of Theology
The Department of Theology at Gimcheon University is committed to training andequipping gospel preachers who will bring the light of Christ to those perishing in sin,by emphasizing the pure gospel of “repentance and the forgiveness of sins. ”In today’s world, Christianity is facing numerous challenges. Among them, the mosturgent need is a return to true biblical repentance — a spiritual life grounded in faith in God’s Word. At Gimcheon University, the Department of Theology provides a place for those whoare called from around the world to grow spiritually. When even one true servant of God is raised, it can transform a church — and beyond that, it can bring change to a region, a city, and even an entire nation. With this vision, the Department of Theology seeks to serve as a spiritual headquarters — the Lord’s army — to raise up God’s servants who will proclaim the gospel and bring transformation to the world.

Department of K-Global Studies
The Department of K-Global Studies aims to cultivate future global business professionals equipped to lead in the era of globalization through providing indepth training in global business management, business etiquette, Korean, English, Chinese, and comprehensive knowledge of Korean and world cultures. Classes are conducted together with international students from over 100 countries, cultivating cross-border global business professionals, competent business leaders with global networks, and specialized leaders for regional development, to foster business professionals who possess both the mindset and knowledge to become leaders in the economy, society, and culture of international regions. The department also emphasizes cultivating a strong service mindset, preparing next-generation leaders committed to contributing to the development of nations around the world.
